At Ziiky, we work with multiple sellers and partners to deliver products to customers. Because of this, returns and refunds are handled under specific conditions.
Return Eligibility
- Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests raised after this time may not be accepted.
Proof Requirement
- Clear photos or an unboxing video may be required to verify the issue.
- The video or images must clearly show the product and the problem.
- Requests without proper proof may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Minor color or design variations
- Damage caused after delivery
Replacement & Refunds
- After verification, a replacement may be provided, subject to availability.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are processed only in valid and approved cases.
- In some situations, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
Refund Method & Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method or store credit.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Additional Notes
- Shipping charges and COD fees, if any, are non-refundable.
- Ziiky reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request.
