Scholarship Coverage
The Monash Research Training Program offers the following benefits:
- Full tuition fee coverage
- Annual living allowance: AUD 33,000
- Relocation allowance: AUD 1,500
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Language requirement: Proficiency in English.
- Eligible Countries: All nationalities, including Australian and New Zealand citizens.
- Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a research component (equivalent to Honours 1 or 2A).
- Master’s degree with significant research work (at least 25% of full-time equivalent study).
- Other qualifications deemed equivalent by the Monash Graduate Research Committee (GRC).
- Scholarship Criteria:
- Academic record.
- Research outputs.
- Prior research experience.
Note: Applicants must not have previously held an Australian Government or Monash-funded postgraduate award for more than six months.
