At Ziiky, we work with multiple sellers and partners to deliver products to customers. Because of this, returns and refunds are handled under specific conditions.

  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests raised after this time may not be accepted.

Proof Requirement

  • Clear photos or an unboxing video may be required to verify the issue.
  • The video or images must clearly show the product and the problem.
  • Requests without proper proof may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Minor color or design variations
  • Damage caused after delivery

Replacement & Refunds

  • After verification, a replacement may be provided, subject to availability.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are processed only in valid and approved cases.
  • In some situations, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method or store credit.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping charges and COD fees, if any, are non-refundable.
  • Ziiky reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request.
