Application Format

• Depending on your country, applications may be submitted online or via hard copy.

Applying Online

1. Access the Online Portal
   • Visit your participating country profile to find the link to the application portal.
   • Applicants from Indonesia and the Philippines must use specific links provided in their country profiles, as they do not use the Online Australia Scholarships Information System (OASIS).
2. Registration Process
   • Register online and answer preliminary questions to determine your eligibility.
   • Upon registration, you will receive a unique registration number, username, and password.
3. Drafting Your Application
   • You can create a draft application and upload supporting documents.
   • Update and finalize your application before the designated closing date listed in your country profile.
   • Once submitted, applications cannot be modified.
4. Submit Early
   • Submit your application well ahead of the closing date to avoid delays caused by peak system usage.
   • Consult the applicant’s online user manual for technical guidance.

Applying by Mail

1. Obtain a Hard Copy Form
   • If online submission is not an option, request a hard copy application form and any required templates (e.g., referee reports) from your participating country profile.
2. Submit Your Application
   • Ensure that the completed form and all supporting documents are sent by the deadline specified for your country.
