    • Be a current PSAC member in good standing or the dependent child of a PSAC member in good standing as of March 31, 2023.
  2. Academic Level:
    • Dependent children must enroll in full-time studies at a recognized post-secondary institution in the fall of 2023.
    • PSAC members may pursue full-time or part-time studies at a recognized institution during the 2023-2024 academic year.
