- Acceptance into a Program: Be accepted into a Bachelor or Postgraduate Coursework degree at Macquarie University for 2025 or 2026.
- Full-time Enrollment: Maintain a full-time study load (8 standard units per academic year) and adhere to the university’s academic progression policy.
- On-campus Study: This scholarship applies only to on-campus students.
- No Other Macquarie Scholarships: If you have received any other Macquarie University scholarships, you are not eligible for this one.
- Withdrawal Policy: If you withdraw from the program before completion, you may need to repay the scholarship amount.

- After submission, you’ll receive a Macquarie University Student Number, which is required for the scholarship application.
- Complete the scholarship application:
- Submit the online scholarship application form.
- Type “VCIS” (Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship) in the Scholarship Name field.
